On October 3, 2025, the evocative Castle of Baia in Bacoli, near Naples, will host the first edition of Waves of Innovation, a high-level conference promoted by PLC-Marine, the naval business unit of Dielle Srl, fully dedicated to energy saving and sustainability in the maritime sector.
The event, supported by the Campania Region, Confitarma, Unione Industriali di Napoli, Propeller Club and Federazione del Mare, aims to bring together shipowners, naval inspectors, technical buyers and leading technology providers to share solutions for a greener and more efficient future of maritime transportation. Industry leaders such as Danfoss, Electro Adda, Finder, Riello Power Solutions and Wago will present case studies and best practices in energy efficiency, digitalization and automation, offering participants a unique opportunity to discuss practical solutions directly with the producers.
“With Waves of Innovation we want to create a bridge between technology, sustainability and creativity in the naval sector, sharing concrete solutions that make the maritime world more competitive and future-oriented,” says Maria de Lillo, Co-CEO of Dielle. Echoing her words, Andrea De Lillo, Co-CEO of Dielle Srl, adds: “This is only the beginning. The program will alternate between business talks, networking opportunities and immersive experiences, including a guided tour of the Aragonese Castle and the Baia Virtual Experience.
